Re: screening other carriers for DOD contract. The release mentions the need for real time collaboration and that would be on a global basis in that AX is mentioned as part of the proposition. On a competitive basis, no one can begin to match GX's latency. There may be other reasons, but latency would have to loom as a very large factor in making a decision of this sort. It may also be relevant that the sole reason for the Bermuda domicile is for tax purposes.
