Anyone recall Bush saying anything bad about our dear friends to the South. I do recall him saying that we need those Mexican trucks that can't pass safety inspections on US roads...that's Free Trade Did Bush bring this up?.... ''It can be found at all levels of Mexico's federal, state and municipal system of administration,'' Amnesty International said in a report made public Tuesday. Fox took office on Dec. 1, ending 71 years of single-party rule in Mexico.
