Mornin' Nemer,

You mentioned the other day that your wife is related to Margaret Mitchell, author of "Gone With the Wind". How does she, and other family members, feel about the publication of the satire "The Wind Done Gone"?

Girdles-! Bite your tongue.
As I was reading your post this morning, Ammo (younger son) walked in wearing his Wozzeck t-shirt. It was his favorite opera this season. He loved the theatricality of it-- the music was 12tone gibberish for me, although I know it was supposed to have tonal melodies, but I really did enjoy the production a lot- partly because we were able to catch some of the pre-show lecture, which was excellent.

For the first time, I have not renewed. It's so expensive and with USC and Rice tuitions, I just couldn't justify it as we always end up missing one or two. I feel so sad though. You can have our aisle seats- but they are rear orchestra not down front.

We did get season tickets to Theatre Three- but they were very cheap. :)
