Yup, the key is to wait. I made the mistake of entering too early on the last cycle. Rode Asyst from 14 to 4, with a forced margin call liquidation along the way. Pretty painful.

IMHO Asyst stock price does not reflect the deteriorating business fundamentals. Investors appear to be oblivious to what is happening. Seems to be happening with many other chip equipment companies as well.
