I have seen a few of those sites - many use pure GAAP earnings rather than actual cash flow, producing extremely unreliable results.

One bellicose SI poster predicted a well-known stock would run out of cash by January based on a site's prediction; last time I checked the stock price had fallen but the company still had a few hundred million in cash.

Have to get down and dirty and dig into the income statements on your own. Too much BS accounting these days to leave it up to others, IMHO.

The recent Briefing article on EXDS is a great example of how to do it right.
