"INTC has been doing it for many chip cycles"...Maybe so but not in the networking area! You got in short early today? Your indicators seem to be good too! Where INTC kicks butt, however: In the single chip MAC/PHY GIG Ethernet area. The BRCM/3Com design and its more or less legal derivates (trying to circumvent the 3Com prohibitive stipulations) don´t do that well, just late all over.Obviously Intel partnered up with the leader in the 1Gig Ethernet business!
