Since June 30th, ACTV management has the right to exercise
4 million shares at a purchase price of 1.5 and 1.6. They
get an easy 4 million bucks even at these prices. It speaks
clearly what they think of future valuations. Don't buy and
they can't sell. ACTV needs driven down to 1.60 so investors
can get the same deal as a company awarded options without
earnings.

You get no argument from me. I agree wholeheartedly. This management continues to get rich while the shareholders continue to get screwed. It's a wonder stock alright - it's a wonder it trades above cash value (barely, I might add). I'm just waiting for the scumbag lawyers to jump on the bandwagon and initiate a shareholder lawsuit for all of those suckers who bought into the FOO. I imagine CSFB will be named in the suit too.
