<<Recent news included the report that Eastman Kodak, one the biggest buyers of silver in the U.S.,, has already hedged its needs for the coming year, 2001, thus eliminating a big potential source of buying. >>

I have seen reference to this in the past and don't understand. Kodak still will consume the same amount of silver. That is silver that will not make it to the market, just directly to Kodak. They still use the same amount. How can this eliminate "a big potential source of buying"? They are still buying just not directly from the market. Overall it should still have an impact on POS I would think.

<if this is sustained as appears likely, we could see silver well under $4 and as low as $3.50 before we see major support again. >

The sooner the better. This will give a great buying opportunity. I will be averaging down on my favorite silver play.
