The variable isn't the income, it's the intellect. Low intellect brings low income and higher error rates.

Doug, the vacant liberal mind is at a loss to understand the interplay of reading writing and arithmetic. Low income districts have higher rates of those who have very poor to no reading and writing skills. Vacant liberal minds who can read and write have little ability to comprehend simple arithmetic.

I was recalling reports that appeared after the election indicating a disparity between the error rates of different voting machines. It was the Votomatics, which are punch-card machines, and which have higher rates than the more expensive optical scanning equipment placed in more affluent locations. No one was saying then that the Votomatics have higher error rates because of where they were, only because of their design.
