I just called my broker and asked his assistant to run it for me. I got a Realized Gains/Losses Report for the first six months of the year. Has it all. Now, I can't figure out how or to what extent my aggregate long-term capital loss nets against my short-term capital gain from selling covered calls. Anybody know? I am looking at Schedule D and it appears there is a netting at the top of the second page. Help? Thanks in advance.
