I am long a relatively small position which I will most likely sell later in the year for a tax loss to offset some gains I have in other stocks, assuming SGI is still listed. SGI is a total disaster and has been since the day I first invested in it in the mid 1990's. MY only satisfaction is I sold most of my holdings in the $12 range a few years ago. I see little chance of any turnaround. The only value left in SGI is to be sold to the highest bidder for whatever name value the company still has, which based on it's latest price $.73 isn't too much.

Regards

Don
