Agree that we're not at the mother of all buying opportunities...but we may get the "Great Aunt" or "3rd cousin-once removed" of all buying opps soon, and a good bounce play off of OSX support at 94 or so. I would trail any buys tightly with stops though, 'cause it ain't gonna be a long one.

Wouldn't suprise me at all if refiners were hedging gasoline heavily in the spring. Those refining margins were too good to last. The real enemy for the refiners is demand slowdown overseas, particularly in Asia. They've got surplus refinery capacity there, and most of their output is headed here (at least for the next 6 months, 'cause I don't see 'em turning around anytime before that).
