Hi TSF,

I don't know what to make of the pooling point and trading space at this time. Many of the markets that might have used bandwidth on demand or scheduled chunks of bandwidth seem to have dried up or are taking a more conservative stance, or outright closed their doors.

Witness how the Enron-Blockbuster deal pulled back. From this one can extrapolate that many other would-be ventures were scrapped, too. I think that we'll see a lot more BOND* from the enterprise space - from Fortune 500s - than was once thought to be the case, which, in turn, may be the impetus for their service providers to engage in spot trading. Who knows.

*BOND = bandwidth on demand.
