There could be a rally developing intraday....
What is of prime importance to me is how the compx closes.
If we close near the lows, bad for tomorrow.
If a bounce develops, and we can rally into the close, then comfort for the bulls.
Will be interesting to see how 2000 which was previous support, now acts as resistance.
Methinks the stochastics on the daily having not bottomed out
implies that the odds favor continued weakness. It is pretty rare that stochastics turn up on a good move before bottoming out in oversold land....
If we close again on the lows like Friday, I'll get another chance to see how my calculated odds of Black Marubozu implications turn out tomorrow.
