LOL! He was yammering away about how the market discounts everything in advance, so of course the rate cuts will work. The numbnut failed to notice that the market is going DOWN and has been since BubbleBoy started this crap in January.....

What that clown misses is that Merrill and many other old economy still are grossly overvalued. If the news was awful and stockswere undervalued, then we could get the kind of action he postulates. But at current valuations the idea is nothing short of ludicrous nonsense.
