What has the Administration done to prop up the sagging equities market? They cast Paul O'Neill as the spokesman who never heard of Gresham's Law let alone the fine points about economics and the running of the Treasury.Any corporation or corporate culture takes its cue from the CEO.......Bush gets a failing grade.
