DESI: looks like they scared him

I know a couple of people who stopped posting because the company blackmailed them into silence, i.e. they got their information and turns out they were posting from work. They told them to shut up or they'd tell their boss and they'd probably get fired. I've seen others frightened by the potential legal fees just apologize when they did nothing wrong but express an honest opinion. That little apology on a message board of all things seems like one of those situations.

So is the apology fake?

since the user names are different? There is a paid shill that got tos'd off a board I follow. I could make up a slightly different user name such as "rnary" instead of "mary" and post an apology for hyping the stock and ripping people off. I would think if it were a real apology, there would be a press release or at least a real letter or something. How can one know if it is real? I've seen people post using a user name close to find and apologizing for being a stupid b**** It sure wasn't me.

Guess I could waste 7 cents on pacer and look up the lawsuit.
