What do you mean what happens to the company now?

GRNO is a pink sheet. Carraway is prevented from serving as a officer/director of a Section 12 company (reporting status).

So apparently, unless this provision can be waived/rescinded in the future, BC will have to step down at such time that the fundamentals merit being able to refile for listing.

But personally, I hope the situation improves enough over the next 6-12 months that we can just sell the company out.

Fingers crossed, but not counting my chickens before they're hatched.

Basically it appears to say that:

Bill says he didn't do it.
The SEC says he did.
The disgorgement is $771,992 plus interest.
The SEC waved payment and told him not to do it again.

Ditto for Mary Ann.

CASE CLOSED !!

Now if some one could elaborate on the part about not being an officer or director for five years I would be very grateful. I noticed that in the Ashton partners release on June 12th Bill is still listed as being president.
