Basically Mr H'moon,
From what a retired broker has told me,
Bill will not be allowed on the board of GE or GM for the next five years. However, the judgement shall in no way interfere with his role as president and director of a company the size of GRNO.

If I am correct than this judgement is nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
