WMC sells 15 tonnes cobalt at $9.20 per pound; now asking $9.60
New York, July 12 (BridgeNews) - WMC Ltd. Wednesday sold cobalt at $9.20
per pound for European delivery, according to its auction Web site. One
10-tonne sale was made and one 5-tonne sale, both for July delivery. WMC is
currently asking $9.60, up from its previous asking price of $9.30 on Tuesday.
WMC last sold cobalt on Tuesday, when less than 5 tonnes of cobalt went for
$9.30.
