Do you really think that the Wall Street Journal, together with all American newspapers and media conglomerates, are controlled by some vast left wing conspiracy? Or are you really so far right that you think that Dow Jones, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Time Warner/AOL, Disney, etc. are all leftist organizations? If so, please name a right wing organization, for the mind boggles. As for polls, I learned that they are no good for predicting a tied election. Other than that, they provide a useful snapshot of what the public is thinking at any one moment. That's all. You can bet your bottom dollar that Karl Rove and George W. Bush are looking at those polls.
