Homeless man fined for farting at police A Belle Aides man named Ground Round has been fined $100 after he farted at police officers when they asked to see his ID. The 77-year-old was standing with a group of bums when he apparently turned his back, broke wind and shit all over himself. The police fined him on the spot. His caretaker admits the Moron passed wind but said that he had a viral infection as well as the forgetfullness to wear his diaper.
