The good old boy network is alive and well in every human endeavor, especially science and religion. Science is every bit as big a whore in this regard as religion. Do you really want you tax dollars further supporting this kind of science? How about a separation of fringe science and state. How about a separation of the queer politics and state. How about a separation of every b.s. knee jerk new wave fundamentalist and state. And I would add to that a separation of the arts and state. There is nothing more revolting and repugnant than state sponsored art. sntp.net
