To me, I always say that "DAYTRADING IS THE MOST FOLLISH THING
THAT A MAN CAN DO."

Listen up John.
There are many ways to make money in the capital markets. The very fact
that you shun one particular part of it is strong evidence that you lack
experience, or at least a well-rounded education in the market-place. You
sound like one of these fund manager/analysts that's never experienced a
bear market before...just buy-and-hold and everything will be ok.

Newsflash: It won't.

Bear markets rip investors to shreads. Traders survive (good ones anyway).
That is the TRUTH. Stop listening to the white-collar criminals you see on
ROBtv and CNBC. Have you ever wondered why they tell you not to
daytrade? Hmmm. Let's see. Could it be because they know someone is
moving in on their territory? Maybe they really are stupid enough to think
that a buy-and-hold strategy works outside of bull markets. Whatever the
case, you appear to be naive enough to believe it, just as you are naive
enough to think that one day you'll receive some credit for pounding the table
on NT right now. You won't. You're record's been worse than that of a
broken clock.

I shall post other threads and no more in this Daytrading threads. I will
assure you just that.

Perhaps you could show some respect for people around here by actually
following through on this.
