Good for you voting for Carter. There was one of the most politically sabotaged politicians in history and he never said an angry word. A true Christian. And the best ex President who devotes himself to really helping the world, unlike most who hit the golf courses. Reagan and this same bunch helping Bush rigged the Iran hostage situation to extend, might have sabotaged the rescue mission and probably rigged the energy crisis during Carter's 4 years as well. It was enough to bring him down. Carter was a bridge builder who truly loved humanity and was a true moderate in all respects. He will never go down in history as a great president but if the truth were ever known... October surprise. The GOP were expecting one from Gore last year but they gave us one instead, a big one which is still costing us.
