PS Does anyone view Cisco's purchase of an FO co. as bullish.

Re:Does anyone view Cisco's purchase of an FO co. as bullish

When companies start doing deals for cash, that is a VERY Bullish sign. Todays CSCO deal is an all stock deal to gain a stronger position in one of their markets, a necessary move for CSCO so they can hedge their bets going forward. Neither Bullish nor Bearish for the market in general. But look for cash deals; this means that XYZ company is willing to give up precious cash and the obvious inference that can be made from this is that XYZ Co. feels better about the business environment and visibility in general.
