Yes. The question that is un-pollable, is "How MUCH of your health care expenses do you want to pay as tribute to the trial lawyers' lobby?" The opinion numbers on such a question would be quite different. And the difference between Bush and Daschle on the issue is that Bush is leading and Puff is whoring... It's why the adage that is quickly becoming the description of Washington is, "Those who can, lead. Those who can't, read polls..."
