And they always single out Qualcomm in the PR's about their software defined multi-protocol basestation radios. e.g.: "Through eliminating the use of Qualcomm (Nasdaq: QCOM chart, msgs) chipsets and protocol specific hardware, "
Never mention working around the any of the GSM Cabal's stuff, just Qualcomm.
