I'll try to be very clear - I follow telecoms closely and imho, we are not close to a bottom on fundamentals. The charts and their direction, merely confirm that fact. How many more write-offs will nortel have? How badly will margins get squeezed with so much desperation among players in the sector? When will capex return to growth? At best, we only have partial answers to these questions. It's a classic bear market scenario where taking long position risks is met with one consequence alone - getting punished. Been there, done that - thank you very much...
