Most probably since they are partners. I don't think EMKR is counting machines recently shipped to UOE as sales if they follow prior practice. It will be different once UOE turns a profit.

Wasn't sure if it would translate to the bottom line given the partnership. Any quick links to the terms of the partnership? I'll be looking in the Edgar filings a soon as I get time, although there might not be anything there.
