In both the '87 and '29 crashes, the market drifted down for a month or two before the panic, I believe (I think the 55-day turn date was of some significance in both crashes, which would be July 16 or 17, but I'm on shaky ground there). Puetz window is in effect until July 17 (according to Puetz himself). Heinz has July 18 and July 23 as possible panic lows, which I think are also Bradley turns. All FWIW...

FYI, the '87 and '29 panics occurred on the 55-day turn date off the peak, so my post on that was correct. George Slezak was just telling me that the last time he saw this pattern was in March, right before the April 4 low.
