Right on. This is the first step to revising the license agreements that were found to be anti-competitive.

These are not major revisions, should not be difficult to implement and will get them back in-line with the requirements of the recent ruling.

I'd love to see them offer some nice cash ($1 billion), agree to make the license revisions that were found faulty, and agree to provide an unbundled version of Win XP (for IE and the Media Player).

That's a settlement that could be bought by the DOJ quite easily and it wouldn't hurt MSFT much at all. Win win for all parties except MSFT's competitors (competitors = State AGs).
