re: CCAM (CCA Industries)

William, as I thought, CCAM (CCA Industries) is making waves now. They posted RECORD SALES & EARNINGS today. Sales of $13.1m and earnings of $0.16. The stock shot up from its base of $1.20 to a high of $1.70 and closed up 13% at $1.47.

The current quarter lifts the attainable earnings figure for the year. I now think they might be able to post earnings north of $0.30 for the whole year (Q1 and Q2 totalled already $0.21). Sales should total north of $43m for the whole year (first 2 quarters already arrive at $23.6m). At the closing stock price of $1.47 for CCAM this amounts to an expected Price/Sales ratio of 0.23 and an expected PE ratio of less than 4.9. Not too shabby..

best wishes

``The Company's core brand products: Plus+White Tooth Whitening Toothpaste, Nutra Nail, Bikini Zone, Hair Off and Sudden Change Skin Care products have had healthy sales increases. ``Plus+White had the biggest percentage change in sales in the industry's mass market outlets, increasing 15.2%. Our Sudden Change, Bikini Zone and Hair Off Mitten were recently reported to be among the top ten sellers in their respective product categories.

``We have replaced PPA in our Mega diet brands by introducing our new dietary product, Mega-T with a new ingredient, Green Tea. We believe it will be a viable profitable replacement to recover the lost sales of our former PPA dietary products,'' stated David Edell, President of CCA Industries, Inc.

CCA Industries, Inc. manufacturer of health and beauty aids products, markets approximately 175 products each under its individual brand name. The products include, principally, ``Plus+White'' toothpaste and whiteners, ``Sudden Change'' skin care products, ``Nutra Nail'' nail treatments, ``Mega 14'' natural fiber diet aids, ``Mega-T Green Tea'' appetite suppressant, ``Hair Off'' mittens and depilatories, ``Bikini Zone'' medicated creme and gel for the bikini area, hair care products, and the ``Solar Sense'' line of sun care products, and ``Cherry Vanilla'' fragrance.
