I just explained my process of rational pricing. What I may not have made clear is that I see zero, repeat zero, sales growth in the next 12 months for most of these names.

That has the effect of making it very easy to compare stocks to fixed income investments like bonds.

CNBC, aka BubbleVision, have a very definite axe to grind. They rely (indirectly) for revenues based on advertising. Companies are not advertising as much right now. CNBC knows this and is verging on criminal behavior in spouting this kind of nonsense.

I repeat -- I see zero, repeat zero, sales growth in the next 12 months for most of these names.

AS you need to wake up and smell the coffee. The last five years are very abnormal in investing history. Rational stock prices are on their way. Heed the advice and save your money.
