T, thanks for posting that. I had seen it earlier, but couldn't find it to post here.
Insider selling has its quirks, but margins of 5 to 1 and 7 to 1 are convincing, in my book at least.
We'll get a short-term bounce here because A.G. just dumped about $7.5 bil into the system. The media tomorrow will say something like "investors bought oversold tech stocks," but actually it's just A.G. doing his thing again.

After Hours Indications : We have a decidedly positive bias in futures trading. S&P futures at 1201, trade 15 points above fair value while Nasdaq 100 futures at 1735, trade 82 points above fair value.

Microsoft (MSFT) 66.50 +2.02: -- Update -- Company sees revs of $6.5-$6.6 bln vs. consensus of $6.43 bln; company will take $3.9 bln charge resulting from the impairment of certain publicly traded and private equity securities particularly in the cable and telecommunications industries; management expects results from operations to be in line with previous guidance; including the non-cash charge, diluted earnings per share is expected to be approximately $0.01; MSFT 69.75 +3.25 vs. 4 pm close.

Yahoo! (YHOO) 17.03 -0.80: Reports Q2 net income of $0.01 EPS, one penny better than the consensus; reports revs of $182 mln vs. consensus est of $173.3 mln; company reaffirms guidance on both revs and earnings for Q3 and the full year.

Harley-Davidson (HDI) 46.29 -1.71: Reports Q2 earnings of $0.38 a share, $0.03 better than the First Call consensus of $0.35; reports Q2 revs of $850.94 mln vs. consensus of $858.3 mln; revs represent 12.7% growth from year-ago revs of $754.97 mln; company finalizing plans to invest $145 mln in a new 350,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in York, Pennsylvania.

Sonus Networks (SONS) 18.93 +1.47: -- Update -- Reports Q2 net $0.01 a share, a penny better than consensus. Revenues rose 27% qtr/qtr and 707% yr/yr to $52.6 mln (Multex consensus $46.5 mln). CEO calls this an exceptionally good quarter for the company. No guidance provided in the press release.

Sonus Networks (SONS) 18.93 +1.47: -- Update -- On call, company guides revenue higher for the year to $190-$210 mln from previous guidance of $180-$200 mln; company defended insider selling saying they are engaged in regularly scheduled sell patterns...stock at 20.72.

Redback Ntwrks (RBAK) 6.51 -0.51: Company reports Q2 loss of $0.26 ex-items, $0.03 better than First Call consensus; reports Q1 revs of $59.4 mln vs. consensus ests for $56.6 mln.

Dominion Res (D) 60.69 -1.75: Company issues upside preannouncement for Q2; sees earnings of "about $0.70" vs. current consensus EPS estimate of $0.68; company cites solid results from its unregulated energy operations as the primary reason for better than expected results.

McAfee.com (MCAF) 12.10 +0.10: Reports Q2 earnings of $0.03 a share, $0.03 better than the First Call consensus of $0.00; Q2 revs reported at $14.41 mln vs consensus of $14.15 mln.

Tyco Intl (TYC) 50.50 -2.76: -- Update -- Company reaffirms both Q3 and full year ests; company says "it is comfortable that it will at a minimum meet expectations for the third quarter and, based on current business trends, will achieve its stated targets for the full year." .
