Maybe you are right. Finally they still buying stocks with 300+ P/E without blink of an eye. Most is done for day trading only, but one of these days buyers will not be there.
Coming back to real estate, mortgage applications are sharply down so looks to me that cash is the buyer.

If productivity has been up, and construction materials have been at lows due to mass production economies of scale (as I have been reading in trade rags), then the home buyer has been getting screwed big-time for years! The houses simply don't cost anywhere near their selling prices. Imagine what will happen if we ever have inflation -g-.
