To replace (or reprogram) the bios you need to reach
the motherboard's manufacturer. To find the bios
look for a chip that says, Award, PhoenixTechnolgies
or American Megatrends International. In '98 Award and
Phoenix merged the new company is called Phoenix,
they still support Award products. Be careful
reprogramming bios. If you use the wrong software
or make an error your computer can become unbootable.
Everything I'm telling you is recently learned book knowledge,
it's all correct but I have no 1st hand experience in this matter.
