As I've said before: I use FA to pick the sector, and the company, and my general target price. Once I get in range, once the stock is in the general area where the future profit stream justifies the current price, then (and only then) do I start using TA. At that point, I use support and resistance lines to pick my exact buy points. Actually, in this case, with NTAP, I'm just using simple boring dollar-cost averaging, buying in increments as the stock goes down. Sometimes this method works well, sometimes it doesn't. We'll see.
