I look at the tax cut like a chicken farmer.

Say a chicken farmer (Federal Government) has 1,000 hens and gets 200,000 eggs a year to sell.

Now one year he cuts his income because he lets his hens hatch 2,000 of the eggs. Half of the chicks are sold as capons and the 1,000 hens are kept.

The next year he has 400,000 eggs to sell, just from leaving a little in the system.
