Go purchase the report if you want your questions answered. Most likely they only considered a tiny slice of time, and did not put it in context at all, and wasted years & lots of $...& right, are just like the stock analysts... gimme a break! Really, I don't mean to be rude, but its amazing how people shrug this stuff off. Until the flood or drought comes to your own neighborhood.
