NT, continued:

Indeed the Turtle Soup/Trader Vic 2B test is my favorite setup. In general, when something comes into test the prior low, it is expected in all probability that the old low will be taken out by a hair, setting up the Turtle Soup/Trader Vic 2B.

For NT, I went on at length because it came so close but did not take out the low and formed a doji instead. It got me thinking that if it can get thisclose but not break, it might just be some sort of wash out bottom that is forming a higher low. So now, what happens after this little doji is of utmost importance, because it can potentially set up a morning star reversal pattern on a test right here (we have two out of the three required candlesticks formed on July 10 and July 11), but it is not a Turtle Soup/Trader Vic 2B set up, since there was no marginal new low here.

Hope that made sense.
