Jim, they're probably not talking about a whole lot of brand new base stations(at least not until demand picks up on the handset side) but instead upgrade of existing systems to offers 2.5G(IS95B-enabled=CDMA or GPRS-enabled=GSM) data capabilities. That's is an upgrade path that some carriers are taking.

Harry mentioned some stocks that benefit on the handset side(sometime next year, perhaps Q2). You can add perhaps WFII on the the infrastructure side(happens first).

I don't know how high it is going but it should take out 2075 without too much trouble. We've been asking for some good news and at least "on the surface" MOT, YHOO, and especially MSFT are considered good news.
