Syd, What was the alternative for taking stock at prevailing prices. Bill Carraway bankrupting the company and going private with the technology? Wouldn't be the first time it happened. Bill deserve whatever stock he has got at whatever price he paid. He paid very dearly for it with five years of his life. The shareholders need to be thankful that Bill had the recourses to keep the company alive. I took advantage of the prevailing prices and have shares that I purchased as cheap as 10-12 cents. I have five times the number of shares I had before the trading halt. Do I deserve them??? Your damn right I do!!! Thankyou Bill for a job well done, now don't stop there, lets see a deposit on one of those deals Bart was talking about in that news release. Have a great day all, Bob
