Something which I have never liked is abuse of the court system.

There were distinct differences between the "US Supreme Court" and the "Florida Supreme Court".

One issue seemed to be "Judicial Legislation".

I still believe we have a good "US Supreme Court".

That's not a logical point. Bush had already won Florida, so the suggestion that he ran off to the courts because he didn't like the result is silly.

I call it a "tactic" when you go to court with no basis for going. I do beleive that people can and should go to court with a proper greivence. The dems seem to keep going until something sticks. If nothing does (which is usually the case when there is no crime), they cry about the evil "swing vote" conspiracy and such.
