It sure looks different for me - rather "square" characters - and somewhat smaller than usual.

Yep, the default font changed for me, too. Some kind of airy fairy thing, probably designed by a Gay Area dot commer out of work.

I'm not sure I would call it smaller. I am getting a lot of wrap on the list of messages now. It seems to be squashed vertically and spread out horizontally.
