Pretty cold blooded of her if that was the case!
Congressman Condit (D-Cal) had an inkling something bad happened to her.

Then there's the strange way Condit responded to Susan Levy early on – according to a relative, even before anyone suspected Chandra Levy was missing. According to a report by Fox News' Rita Cosby, whose work on the Levy-Condit case has been first-rate as always, when Susan Levy first asked Condit if he had any idea where her daughter was, he stunned and alarmed her by saying: "No, I don't know where she's at, but I'll put up a $10,000 reward."

Is this the kind of response one would expect before a missing-persons report was even filed? A bit premature, it would seem.

A couple of holes in that theory.

Where is her car? Should have been found by now.

How did she register at the hotel without being recognized from her pictures all over television?

A cab driver could have remembered her for the same reason.

Same at the airport for the same reason.

Everythin except the cab ride could be on a credit card or a significant wihdrawal of cash with a credit card.

If she was distraught enough to do something like this, she had to leave one or more of the above clues.

I think it was an alien abduction arranged by serpent head Carville at the request of Little Dick Gebhardt in return for Condit's vote for, and promotion of Gebhardt for Speaker when the time comes.
