Re: DCI Class Action:

William B. Federman of Dreier, Baritz & Federman are
the attorneys who have filed the Class Action Lawsuit against Joe Murphy,
Russell B. Hintz and Schnitzer& Kondub, P,C. the accountants for DCI.

For this class action to go forward, the attorneys need
as many of the DCI shareholders to sign up to be a part of the action. There
is a definitive deadline of August 1, 2001 set by the court. If there are
not enough people involved in the lawsuit representing a significant number
of shareholders, particularly large shareholders, the lawsuit may be
discontinued.

Apparently Schnitzer & Kondub have a million dollar insurance policy
that the attorneys are going after and they will divide the insurance among
the investors who become a party to the complaint equally after court costs
and attorney fees. There is no cost to become a party to the lawsuit, but it
is imperative that anyone who wants to be a part of the class action contact
the attorneys ASAP.
