That's true. So maybe the way to go is to buy beaten down 'new economy' stocks that Wall Street continues to hype.
Watch, for the next month optical metro will be back in favor.

Yup, GE announces record profits again, although Jack Welch admits its the toughest economy he can remember.
He also said "If any company can handle tough times its GE look at our track record".
