Don't tell me this is not the definition of the cost of ownership of a high end house. yada, yada, yada..... You can go on like this forever. We are not talking about how you would configure servers. It's not about you. We are talking about how we think IDC defines a server when they refer to the 4 million servers sold each year. According to your definition of a server, $60B would buy only 5000 of those servers and the total chip value of those servers would only be a few hundred thousand dollars and that AMD could easily satisfy that market.
