The company was notified that it has met minimum bid requirements, but the exchange requested that the company meet a net tangible asset requirement by Aug. 31 to demonstrate that it can remain compliant. Netradio said it believes it can meet Nasdaq demands but can't make any assurances. The company also said it will start trading on the small-cap market under the NETRC symbol beginning Friday. Northwest Airlines Corp., Eagan, formed a partnership with Site59.com, a Web site offering packaged trips for consumers within 14 days of purchase. Northwest will provide seats on flights to destinations in the United States and Canada. In time, Northwest Airlines' international flights, including those through its alliance with KLM/Royal Dutch Airlines, will be available on Site59. Owens Corning selected Interelate Inc., Eden Prairie, to provide market data research and analysis for the rollout of its Acoustic Systems Division's new Visionaire FX Franchise product. Circata, Minneapolis, and Trading and Development Partnership Co. (TDP) have reached a three-year agreement under which TDP will market and distribute Circata's wireless products and related technologies in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Advantus Capital Management, St. Paul, was selected as an asset manager by the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Reinsurance Association. Advantus will manage $125 million of the association's reserve funds. Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, bought Microbiotecnica, the leading provider of commercial pest-elimination services in Brazil. Terms were not disclosed. FreemanWhite Inc., a professional services consulting firm, has opened in Minneapolis. It was formed by Jerry Turner, Rich Heck, Dave Willer and Mary Wells Gorman, formerly with Ellerbe Becket. SAC Technologies Inc., Eagan, doing business as BIO-key International, promoted Jeffry Brown to CEO from president. Brown succeeds Barry Wendt, who resigned but will remain on the board of directors and serve as an interim consultant to the company to finalize patent applications. Possis Medical Inc., Coon Rapids, has been added to the Russell 2000 and 3000 Indexes. The Russell 2000 Index is composed of the 2,000 smallest companies, by equity market capitalization, in the Russell 3000 Index, which represents about 98 percent of the investable equity-market capitalization. Possis also said it was selected to participate in a government-sponsored group to develop recommendations for the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke on a 10-year national research agenda for the treatment of stroke.
